Hello. I would like to request for the Court Decision of the above case promulgated by Regional Trial Court, 8th Judicial Region, Branch 18, Hilongos, Leyte. 

This document was requested from RTC Hilongos, however they say it cannot be found despite best efforts to locate the same.

Will appreciate a speedy response to this request. Thank you.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Courts are under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive branch, these are two totally different offices.
