I would like to request an information of the warrant of arrrest issued to Lino Amodiel Alyas Dagul from Aroroy, Masbate. the purpose of this is to follow up the local police station to further advance the search of the suspect that currently at large. thanks

You asked for a copy of the Warrant of Arrest issued against Arnodiel a.k.a Dagul of Aroroy, Masbate.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you requested. 

Warrant of Arrest is not recorded, stored, archived in whatever format, whether offline or online, made, received, or kept in or under the control and custody of this Office. 

The physical and legal custody of all court records rest with the Clerk of the trial court that issued the same.

Lastly, please be advised that the requested information is considered confidential and is therefore an exception to EO No. 2 (s.2016), specifically listed under Memorandum from the Executive Secretary dated 24 November 2018. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary of the DOJ.
