Hi Im KENNETH PEREZ i would like to ask if i have a pending Criminal Case against me, i received a threat from my former employer when i was tender my resignation last 2020 due to pandemic. Looking forward for your utmost attention in my request. thank you.

Thank you for your request dated Jan 21, 2023 03:24:15 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Criminal Case.

We received your request on Jan 21, 2023 03:24:15 AM and we have forwarded your request to the NBI. 

As advised by our Docket Section, the DOJ main office only has jurisdiction over cases filed before it but there may be cases filed against someone in provincial/city or regional prosecution offices. Aside from this, you will get subpoenas if you have a case pending. Considering these circumstances, the NBI would be the proper agency to determine if your name has a hit.
