Good day, 
I am Arnelle L, Famor a government employee from the LGU- Dumanjug, Cebu  I am respectfully requesting a copy of DOJ Legal Opinion No. 60 dated 6 August 2002. 

I need the copy of the said  opinion as to know the extent of the power of the OIC LCR and to possibly  avoid the expensive and time consuming court processes that which my relative is now in trouble.
