Good day, I am currently affiliated with a local water district and would like to secure a copy of the DOJ ruling relative to the exemption of water districts from paying annual charges and fees to NWRB for our reference.

You asked for DOJ ruling dated March 29, 2012 Re: Water Districts exempt from payment of annual water charges.

Response to Request

After an exhaustive search of the Department's records, there was no Opinion dated 29 March 2012 regarding the exemption of water district to pay annual charges to the National Water Resources Board. However,  we are attaching Opinion No. 53, s. 2000 which applies to the National Power Corporation.
