Please be informed that this matter is under the jurisdiction of the NBI's clearance services, you cannot skip this process by using the FOI platform. Moreover, the DOJ does not issue arrest warrants but only the courts which is under a different branch of government. It is best to coordinate with the court where the case was filed against you.
