Dear Sir / Madam, 
Please tell me how much time (approximate) the executive clemency procedure will take, from the application of the PDL to the granting by the Board of Pardons & Parole, which apply is requested for an elderly, sick inmates (over 65 years of age) under the Interim Rules. 
The INTERIM RULES ON PAROLE AND EXECUTIVE CLEMENCY - DOJ-BR-No-OT-04-15-2020 says about this:
In the processing of parole or executive clemency review, priority shall be given to PDLs who are already of old age, sickly ........ 
There is already an official BUCOR calculation of the served time incl. GCTA CPI
