We would like to confirm the Appeal of SHOAIB SAMPAL y MACARIMBANG and ROSETTE DIMAS y GATCHALIAN CASE NUMBER CR-HC 14008 for UNTIL NOW IS A SUBMITTED FOR COMPLETION and Last year to appeal to the DOJ, and can we get permission to appeal the DEMURRER, we hope that attention will be given to his right to be granted opportunity according to the constitution.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Our Docket Section has advised us that this case number does not exist from our records and they believe this case is still with the courts which are under the Judiciary. Please do note that the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which mainly handles the prosecution of cases.
