Hi! I'm from the Bureau of Local Government Finance and would like to request for PDF copy of DOJ Opinion No. 160, s. 1994, to be attached on the letter to the Municipal Treasurer and Local Chief Executive of Marantao, Lanao del Sur to inform them of the enforceability of loan obligations notwithstanding the expiration of the term of the elective contracting officials.
