I would like to seek your help to check if there are pending cases against me or my person. I received an email pertaining to the below details. However, I cannot determine the veracity of said email and thus I am seeking your asistance.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because small claims and courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Based from the information you shared, the matter is under the Court of Appeals (CA) so you should coordinate with them. Please be informed that the CA is under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive branch, these are two separate agencies.
