Respected sir,

Please make it necessary for DOLE & BI to cordinate with each other before downgrade any alien current working visa to any other visa.
So employer could be safe also.
Currenly BI downgrade visa while just getting last issued alien ID.
But we must know their is an AEP issued by DOLE also. BI must need to make it sure to cancel AEP first from current employer. So employer could also be safe otherwise any employee can downgrade their visa by theirself while making fraud with employer.
This is really a serious issue.
Kindly look after this.
