 1. How many prisoners are there in total in DPPF (Davao Prison and Penal Farm)?
 2. How many of these inmates are senior citizens aged 70 and over
 3. How many prisoners in DPPF have been vaccinated against COVID-19?
 4. How many senior citizen inmates over 70 years old in DPPF have been vaccinated against COVID-19?
