1. Standard sizes of trial courts in Regional Trial Courts
2. DOJ guidelines in court houses and related offices
3. Agencies allowed to be included in RTCs
4. List of Space Requirements
5. Process in trials with time duration
6. List of papers included in these processes

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Courts are under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive branch, these are two totally different offices.

We urge you to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
