You requested for a copy of the organizational chart of municipal or town trial court.


Response to Request

Unfortunately, your FOI request is disapproved as this is beyond the mandate of the Department. You may request for the organizational chart directly from the concerned municipal trial court.


Your right to request a review.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.
