I would like to check if there's any pending case filed againts me by my ex-husband since Ive been receiving treats from him for almost 3 years now. Pls I need your assistance. Thank you!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 12, 2023 04:53:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Criminal or Civil Case Verification.

We received your request on Jan 12, 2023 04:53:50 PM and we have forwarded your request to the NBI.

As for civil cases, the DOJ and the NBI are not the proper agencies to handle such concern. Civil cases are under the jurisdiction of courts which are part of the Judicial branch of government.
