I have made this request under Tracking #DOJ-194237739457. But I was replied with "Since you are not sure what the exact issuance is, it is best if you coordinate personally with our Records Section". 

I don't know how much more exact can I get when mentioned in the request the date of the document, the title of the document and the subject of the document.

In any case, I am looking for a document with the subject matter Katarungang Pambarangay Implementing Rules and Regulations issued by the DOJ dated June 1, 1992. The title of the document is KATARUNGANG PAMBARANGAY CIRCULAR No. 1.
