Sir/Ma'am, 

PRC Resolution No. 1130 attached herein mentioned  that DOJ provided a legal opinion on the matter relative to the conduct of oath-taking ceremonies for successful passers of various board examinations. 

In this regard, may I request a copy of the opinion for reference purposes and guidance on future undertakings. 

I will appreciate your response regarding my request. Thank you.
