My married name is  Laverne Jakosalem Wahiman. I would like to know if there is a civil case filed against me under my name LAVERNE TABON JAKOSALEM  in Makati City RTC or MTC Branch 59. Thank you so much

I have received email suspected it as a Court Summon. I would like to know if it is genuine and authentic. Attached here is the  an email sent to me from RTC Branch 59 Makati City.
