Zita 12:07 PM, Apr 09, 2022

Good day.

I am Gizelle Anne Zita, 30 years of age, a taxpayer resident of 70B Road 3, Project 6, Quezon City.

Recently, as a client of a business, I suffered an ear burn injury (diagnosis: acute otitis external with temporary hearing loss and tinnitus) due to the negligence of the business.

I wish to pursue a civil case to cover medical expenses and moral damages. To do this, I would like to request for copies of the Decisions for cases referring to injury particularly "Tinnitus", "Acute Otitis Externa", "Acute Otitis Media", or "Temporary Hearing Loss" favoring the victim.
