I would like to verify the trial court that issued a hold departure order for a pending criminal case against Alvin John Abesamis and in addition to this I also would to clarify if there are pending cases under my name, Alvin John Dela Peña Abesamis. Thank you

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government. It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
