July 4, 2019 Dear Jerico Alfaro, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 24, 2019 11:16:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You inquired if a warrant of arrest has been issued against one Jerico Pobocan Alfaro Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Warrants of Arrest are not recorded, stored, archived in whatever format, whether offline or online, made, received, or kept in or under the control and custody of this Office. The physical and legal custody of all court records rest with the Clerk of the trial court that issue the same. Lastly, please be advised that the requested information is considered confidential and is therefore an exception to EO No. 2 (s.2016), specifically listed under Memorandum from the Executive Secretary dated 24 November 2018. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I.
