I would like to file a request for the information regarding the postponed or delayed cases in Manila during the Pandemic. This includes the supposed date of the hearing and the reschedule if there it is already available.

Please be informed that courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ but the Judiciary which is overseen by the Supreme Court (SC).

The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government and the FOI program only covers offices/agencies under this.
