Magandang araw! Gusto ko lang pong mabigyang linaw ang mga katanungan na ito;

1. Gaano po ba katagal na ang isang desisyon  o resolusyon ng isang kaso na nasa supreme court?

2. Anu-ano ba ang mga batayan para matawag na balido and desisyon sa isang kaso?

3. Dapat po bang nakalagay sa desissyon ang mga pangalan nang mga taga-hukom?

4. Kapag hindi pabor ang desisyon sa kaso ng mga nagrereklamo,maari po bang mag request ng trial sa supreme court para man lang mabigyang pansin ang pinaglalaban ng mga nagrereklamo?

5. Kung maaring maka request ng trial, saang ahensya pwede humingi ng tulong?

You requested for guidelines and clarifications regarding rules and processes on resolution of cases in the Supreme Court.


Response to your request

Unfortunately, your request cannot be granted as its subject is under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and not this office. For questions and/or clarifications on the court’s processes and guidelines, you may inquire directly with the Supreme Court. 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when you have received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of your review request.
