Hi ! Good Morning i just want to know if i can file a case against my husband whos working in United States Of America San Diego California as Caregiver and cook . Who also abandon me as his wife and my child who is now 8 years old.
He is not giving support to our child more than half a year . He dont even cooperate with me .
I just want my our right as long as we are married but how can i do that if he don't cooperate .
I am now working as Domestic Helper here in hongkong to support my child's need.
