The previous year's case statistics (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly) in specific RTC Branches (8-17, 33, 52-54) and MTCC Branches (1-7) at Davao City Hall of Justice for my research references.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Please be informed that the DOJ is under the Executive Branch of Government while courts are under the Judicial Branch of Government. 

It may be best to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph. The FOI platform only covers agencies under the Executive Branch of Government since it is merely operational by virtue of an Executive Order.
