I would like to request the following annulment documents needed for PSA annotation (change of status) and removal from Health Insurance Coverage. Parties involved are Michael N. Olais and Antoinette V. Olais. Both are residents of Quezon City.

You requested for copies of the annulment documents of spouses Michael and Antoinette Olais.


Response to your request

Unfortunately, your request cannot be granted as its subject is outside the mandate of this Department. You may inquire directly with the branch of court where the said petition was filed. 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.
