You requested for a copy of the Lease Agreement between Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) with Landing Resorts Philippines.


Response to your request

Unfortunately, the requested information is embodied in an internal memorandum within the Department, hence falls under the exception to the Freedom of Information. We are therefore constrained to deny the same.


Your right to request a review
