Hi good day, ma'am sir, I was working on my school report, on PD 1529 Chapter XI Schedule Of Fees: Special fund.

While working on it I read a none consistent part, I was hoping for a clarification on the particular part of
Subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 16 Subsection C. of Section 111 Chapter XI of P.D. 1529

Comparing it to
Subparagraph (c) of Paragraph 16 Subsection C. of Section 111 of P.D. 1529

A sentence stating the fee payable amount is missing only the additional fees for every two thousand pesos, or fractional part is present.

I'm hoping for a positive response thank you very much.
