April 22, 2022 Dear Josephine Esguerra, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 20, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Court Order. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested because courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. The Supreme Court (SC) is under the Judicial branch of government which oversees the courts. On the other hand, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which deals with the prosecution of criminal cases. Unfortunately, the FOI program only covers agencies under the Executive branch so we cannot forward your request to the SC using this platform. Thank you, FOI Receiving Officer
