Hi,

A friend of mine wanted to ask if she has a pending warrant of arrest or Arrest warrant for a crime she was unaware of. A few years back, she was asked to receive money from different remittance center, ranging from Pesos 1000-50000, which she was compensated by a getting a small commission depending on the amount. And she also has a GCash business, which means she received money electronically from different Gcash account and cash it out to the same group of people (who asked her to receive the remittances) which she thought was her good customers, turned out to be bogus, hoax and scamme

You asked for Warrant of arrest.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested because the issuance of arrest warrants are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. It is best if you coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) which oversees the Judicial branch of government and has control over courts issuing arrest warrants. On the other hand, the DOJ is under the Executive Branch of government which handles the prosecution of criminal cases.
