I would like a list of Extradition Requests the Philippines has received from Australia and a list of Extradition Requests the Philippines has sent Australia, with the status of each Request, the alleged crimes the person was wanted for, and details of reasons given for any refusals by either Government.

Thank you for your request dated Jun 09, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Extradition Requests.

Unfortunately, the list of extradition requests between the Philippines and Australia is confidential prior to the filing of an extradition case or arrest of the subject of the extradition request. This would constitute a prejudicial premature disclosure of information.
