Hi, I would like to request a copy of the DoJ Legal Opinion Number 60 dated 06 August 2002.

This will be use as reference to answer the query on 	whether or not a duly appointed Officer-in-Charge (OIC) other than the City/Municipal Civil Registrar, OIC for the City/Municipal Civil Registrar and the Assistant City/Municipal City Registrar can validly carry out the provisions of R.A. No. 9048.
