Hello, we need the complete list of bills and laws passed by Party-list representatives from 2010 to present however, you can provide what is only available for now (if you don't have a list from 2010.) Thank you!

Dear Clarisse Thell,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 02, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Bills and Laws submitted and/or passed by Party-list representatives.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. This matter is better addressed to the House of Representatives under the Legislative branch of government. Unfortunately, we cannot refer your request directly to the House of Representatives using the FOI platform since they are not on-board the FOI program considering the program only covers agencies under the Executive branch of government.

Thank you,

FOI Receiving Officer
