You asked for FILE PETITION AGAINST BONG BONG MARCOS (TAX EVATION).

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We advise you to coordinate with the Court of Appeals (CA) which has jurisdiction over the case. We cannot refer you to the said agency because that office is under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive. Moreover, the FOI program only covers agencies under the Executive branch.
