Your Request

You requested for a copy of the purchase agreement over a lot in Bacolod City covered by TCT Number T-263789 between the National Housing Authority (NHA) and Gonzaga Properties in Bacolod City for the CMP Program of the General Malvar Cubay Homeowners and Livelihood Association, Inc.


Response to Request

Unfortunately, your FOI request is respectfully denied. The Department of Justice is not a party to the said purchase agreement. You may coordinate with the concerned party – the National Housing Authority (NHA) via this link: http://nha.gov.ph/
