Hi, Good Day. I would like to Inquire whether the DOJ has prosecuted cases involving violation under RA 7277 "Magna Carta for Persons with Disabilities"

1. We are specifically asking if we have current statistics involving the matter or

2. A current pending case involving the matter

As vetted by the National Prosecution Service (NPS) Docket Section and the Office of Undersecretary Jesse Hermogenes T. Andres, there is only one recorded case of violation of RA 7277 filed in January 2002 which was dismissed.
