Hi! I would like to request for a copy of the full text of SC Decision for GR No. 220149 (Pulido v. People) promulgated on July 27, 2021. The said decision is not available in the SC website. I was supposed to request from the Supreme Court but the SC is not among the "agencies" or entities where we can request documents in this site.

You correct that your matter is under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court (SC) which is under the Judiciary.  Unfortunately, the Freedom of Information (FOI) program only covers offices under the Executive branch of government being a mere Executive Order of the President.
