Thank you for your request dated 11 November 2019 at 10:14 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You requested for information on job vacancies in all the attached agencies of the Department of Justice in the province of Ilocos Sur, along with the qualifications needed for the said vacancies. Response to Request Unfortunately, your request cannot be granted. Listing of job vacancies for attached agencies of the DoJ and the required qualifications for such vacancies may be duly requested from the concerned agencies. Furthermore, please note that the processing of applications is made in the regional offices, and not in the central or national office. Your right to request a review. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Menardo I. Guevarra, Secretary, Department of Justice, Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date when you have received this letter.
