Requesting the receipt and information of the person who received the subpoena under Section 3 Rule 112 of the Revised Criminal Procedure coming from your good office received in behalf of my father AMADO SAPIO SUMBI IV. As a concerned and interested party and a son to the wrongfully accused Amado Sumbi IV in Criminal Case No. 10381 filed before the MTCC of Consolacion-Cordova, it has come to my attention and direct first-hand knowledge that my father never received a subpoena directed by law coming from your good office.
