I am kindly requesting assistance to file estafa case against the admins of Paluwagan in Tagum city that already fled to Davao city and now in Luzon.

1. Paluwagan Investment scam From Jan 2022 to May 2022: The admin did not return my capital amount in our paluwagan. The admin received the amount agreed but she did not return my capital. 
2. Ponzi Scheme from Jan 2022 to May 2022: the admin hasn’t still released the agreed amount and the capital on the agreed date of release, she lured again many investors to invest.
