Ma'am
ang aking ama na si Lamberto V. Allado, ay isa po sa mga anak ni Remigio Allado. Nagdesisyon po ang aking ama na i-transfer po sa aming pangalan ang kanyang lote sa amin sa pamamagitan ng tax declaration at sa kadahilanang ito, kami po ay nagdesisyon na ipatitulo ang portion ng lupa ng aming ama nuong July 4, 2016. Sa kalaunan, pagkatapos pong na survey at nakarating dito po sa amin sa Naguilian, Isabela. Nakita po nila na may sulat po galing nga po sa inyong opisina nuong June 13, 2016 na nagsasaad po na mali ang spelling ng isa sa mga pangalan ng kapatid ng aming ama na si Juanita Allado na dapat Juana ang nakalagay pero nuong nalaman ko po na ito ang problema ay agad ko po itong inaayos noong December 19, 2016 at December 22, 2016 na naka attach po sa aking email sa inyo ma'am. Di po kasi namin alam na nagfile/request po pala ang aming Uncle, Melchor V. Allado na as one na ang titulo kaya po kami ay nagpatitulo ng solo. Sa kadahilanang ito, gusto ko po sanang malaman kung ano na po ang estado ng AMENDED ORDER dated December 19, 2016 for lot # 2946, Cad. 403, Cadastral Case # N-20 in the name of HEIRS of REMEGIO, Rep. by: Melchor Allado of Baculod, Ilagan, Isabela (now, City of Ilagan, Isabela.) para po sana maituloy na po namin ang naudlot na pagpapatitulo sa portion ng lupa ng aming ama na si LAMBERTO V. ALLADO. Kailangan po daw sana namin yung Decree Number ma'am para maituloy ko po sana yung naudlot na pagpapatitulo namin ma'am.
