Adjudication failure The Republic of the Philippines to protect life of misleading issue on use of FACE-SHIELDS been lifted. Over resulted confusion reigned that dated of 06/17/21 as government agencies issued conflicting statements on issue concerns among: Office of President/ Senate President.
