June 27, 2022 Dear Jimmy, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 25, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for notarized document of Leslie P. Dela Torre. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since your concern falls under the Supreme Court (SC) which is under the Judicial branch of government. On the other hand, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which has jurisdiction over prosecutors nationwide. Unfortunately, we cannot forward your concern to the SC using this platform because they are not on board the FOI program which only covers agencies under the Executive branch.
