Good Day! I would like to verify if there is a pending criminal case against me from October 2021 to December 2022: Erhland Morato Garrido III. I have been getting threats and I would like to have things resolved if there's anything that has been filed against me.

Your concern is under the jurisdiction of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). The DOJ main office has the records of cases filed before the main office only but there may be other cases filed against you in city/provincial/regional offices .
