Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 01, 2024 08:22:11 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for the contact details of the personnel stationed at the Puerto Princesa Hall of Justice.

Our Response

We want to inform you that the Hall of Justice is under the direct supervision of the Judiciary but it accommodates prosecutors from the DOJ as well.

Consequently, we can only provide the details of our Office of the City Prosecutor in Puerto Princesa and not those under the Judiciary since that is a different branch of government not under the FOI which is merely operational by a mere Executive Order covering branches of the Executive branch alone. The DOJ is under the Executive branch while courts are under the Judiciary.
