Dear Sir/Madam, 
Greetings.
I would like to request a copy of the decisions about the civil case 112-0-94 rtc branch 74. The case is about the LAND DISPUTE a case between PAJE vs CABAYAO. Olongapo City
We have bought the property to Paje in good faith and was able to acquired  a certification to different government agencies, went to all the processing of lot title, and eventually we were able and acquired the LOT TITLE on march 27. 21018. Titled Property No. 2018000048
The reason behind this request of civil case 112-0-94 rtc branch 74 is someone claiming that they bought the land to cabayao

Courts are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ.  RTCs are under the Judicial branch of government while the DOJ is under the Executive. It may be better to coordinate with the Supreme Court (SC) at pio@sc.judiciary.gov.ph.
