I greatly appreciate your professional support. Great thanks again.

I deeply understand that having a blacklist record is undesirable. I would appreciate your guidance on the necessary steps for me to travel in the Philippines. Could you please inform me of the associated fees for this process? I fully recognize that the Immigration department will allocate considerable manpower and time to handle my case, and I am more than willing to cover the related expense.
Current location: Shanghai, CN.

As advised by our Legal, you should first coordinate of file with the Bureau of Immigration (BI). If your request happens to be denied by the BI, you may appeal before the DOJ.

The BI is also on-board the FOI platform so you may coordinate with them using this system.
