May I respectfully request for a copy of DOJ Department Circular 50 series of 2010 which refers to the IRR of RA 10071 or the National Prosecution Act of 2010. 

The document is entitled "A Circular providing for guidelines for implementing the Prosecution Service Act of 2010, Republic Act 10071
