Please be informed that case verification is a task under the jurisdiction of the NBI's clearance service. Cases, warrants of arrest and other related matters are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ as well but the courts. Moreover, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government.
