Greetings!

I am a third year journalism student from the University of Santo Tomas. In fulfillment of a preliminary paper, I would like to request the following data preferably in spreadsheet format if possible.

The total number of cases filed monthly per region from 2019 until 2021 in violation of:
1. Article 358 of the Revised Penal Code Slander; and
2. Article 364 of the Revised Penal Code Intriguing against honor

Please indicate as well for each case the: number of resolved, pending or unresolved cases; and the number of defendants per age/age group and gender.

Our Evaluation and Statistics Division (ESD) said the cases you are asking for is not among the cases being monitored by the Department of Justice (DOJ). Please find the attached file.

Further, our Docket Section advised that the cases you are looking for are better coordinated with local prosecution offices.
